Fields

How to read the files

Use the row fields as guide data, not as an official game API. Patch timing can change stats, values, routes, and condition labels.

  1. roblox-game-snapshot.json is best for confirming the official game identity, universe ID, root place ID, title, creator, public counters, and API update timestamp.
  2. rods.json is best for spreadsheet comparisons, upgrade audits, and checking whether a rod meets a target weight or route role.
  3. enchant-routes.json is best for deciding whether relic spending should target speed, luck, control, resilience, value, weight, or XP.
  4. fish-bestiary.json is best for condition filters, bestiary completion planning, bait checks, and rough value research.
  5. fish-values.json is best for value-list audits, C$/kg sorting, route-score checks, and comparing high average C$ against setup friction.
  6. bait-routes.json is best for deciding which bait actually unlocks enough targets, rare rows, and useful locations before spending rare bait.
  7. locations.json is best for building route lists and linking fish rows back to area guides.

Correction notes

How to report a bad row

A useful correction names the JSON file, row name, field, current value, suggested value, and source.

For gameplay corrections, send the page URL and a screenshot or public source link to editor@fischguide.com. For methodology details, read the source policy.
